Ducati presents the new Panigale V4 2027

On 15 October 2026 Ducati presented the 2027 Panigale V4. It is not a new generation, but a revision of the superbike shown in 2024. The aim is simple: go faster on track with less effort.

The 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine now makes 218 hp, 2 hp more than before. A new air intake, a larger-diameter silencer and a retuned lubrication system helped. On gears 2–5 the limiter is raised by 500 rpm, to 15,000 rpm, and the final drive is taller. On track that means fewer gear changes.

The front frame is 12% softer laterally, so the tyre holds the asphalt better at a deep lean. Two new systems have appeared. Dynamic Engine Brake manages engine braking, and Race Brake Control brings the rear wheel in more strongly under braking.

At Vallelunga the new bike lapped on average 0.4 seconds faster than the previous model. These are Ducati’s own figures.

The V4 S can now be built at the factory: 11 colours, five of them from Lamborghini, two liveries and 45 options.

Figures. Engine: 90° V4, 1,103 cc, 218 hp (160.4 kW) at 13,500 rpm, 120.6 Nm at 11,000 rpm. Gearbox: 6 speeds, DQS 2.0 quickshifter up and down. Dry weight: 191 kg for the V4, 187 kg for the V4 S. Tank 17 litres, seat height 850 mm. Suspension: Showa BPF fork and Sachs shock on the V4, electronic Öhlins (DES 3.0), forged wheels and a lithium battery on the V4 S. Brakes: Brembo Hypure calipers, two 330 mm discs, cornering ABS. New double-profile wings, a 6.9-inch display, modes Race A, Race B, Sport, Road and Wet. Consumption 6.5 l/100 km, Euro 5+. At European dealers from March 2027.

Price. There is no Estonian price for the 2027 Panigale V4 yet. The Ducati Eesti site currently lists this year’s model (216 hp) at €28,390. For reference, these are not Estonian prices but the official 2027 prices in other countries: Germany, V4 from €28,690, V4 S from €35,990; France €29,490 and €36,490; Italy €29,390 and €35,890.
