KTM has revealed the 2027 models a week before the EICMA show in Milan. The main news is the 1390 Super Duke GT sports tourer, shown two years ago: it reaches dealers at the start of 2027. The GT EVO gets an automated AMT gearbox that needs no clutch.
1390 Super Duke GT and GT EVO
The model was first shown at EICMA 2024, but the launch was delayed. KTM now names the date: the start of 2027. The motorcycle has an 8.8-inch touchscreen with offline map navigation, an adjustable screen as standard and a built-in SP Connect mount for a phone. The seat was redesigned so long trips are more comfortable. The engine is the LC8 V-twin of 1,350 cc, about 190 hp and 145 Nm (KTM's figures from the 2024 launch).
The GT EVO gets all of that plus the AMT gearbox. There is no clutch lever: you can change gear yourself, or leave the motorcycle in a fully automatic mode. KTM already fits this gearbox to the 1390 Super Adventure S EVO.
1390 Super Duke R and R EVO
Both models get an updated 8.8-inch touchscreen with a faster and clearer menu, new switchgear on the bars and updated Brembo HyPure brakes. Two new colour schemes are added too.
Adventure
The 390 Adventure R has a new left-hand switch unit, which can switch on the cruise control (an option). After EICMA, around December, an updated 390 Adventure X arrives, with a TFT screen and two new colours. The 790 Adventure is unchanged mechanically, but instead of the orange and white colours it will now be black.
The small models
The 390 SMC R, 390 Enduro R, 125 SMC and 125 Enduro get new colours.
An off-road surprise
At the KTM press conference at EICMA on 3 November, at 11:45 Estonian time (10:45 Central European time), the brand promises new off-road technology and a «special surprise» from the off-road range. KTM is not saying what it will show. The KTM stand is hall 22, place E08.
Prices
No Estonian price for the 2027 models was found. The site ktm.ee still lists only the 2026 models: the 1390 Super Duke R is €21,920 (on offer at €19,920 until 31 December 2026), the 1390 Super Duke R EVO is €23,890 (on offer at €21,890), and the 390 Adventure R is €7,710. For comparison, dealers in the Netherlands are asking €24,399 for the 1390 Super Duke GT and €25,399 for the GT EVO. Those are dealer prices. KTM has not confirmed them officially yet.
