On Saturday 24 October, Sadala in Jõgeva parish, Jõgeva county, hosts the second round of the amateur enduro series GASGAS MEHKA Piksepini Karikas 2026–2027, called Sadala Sügis. The race lasts 120 minutes. The start coordinates are 58.887078, 26.578810.
The series organiser is MTÜ Misso TSK (Urmas Peegel), and the round organiser is MTÜ SEK. The clerk of the course is Endriko Pedak. The regulations were agreed with Sulev Tõnisson, chair of the EMF enduro commission.
Classes: Sport, Hobby, Veteran 40+ (born in 1986 or earlier), Veteran 50+ (born in 1976 or earlier), Junior (born in 2009 or later, no engine-size limit), Rookie (amateurs who have never started in the Piksepini series), E-Moto (electric motorcycles of any level) and Naised (women). Sport takes the strongest amateurs from past Piksepini seasons, and also the podium finishers and winners of Estonian enduro championship and cup rounds in classes E1–E3 in 2024–2026.
The day. 10:00–11:30 registration, fitting and checking the transponders. 11:45 riders’ briefing in the start area. 12:00 the start, 120 minutes of racing. 14:30 the finish closes. 14:45 the prize-giving and a draw of gifts among the riders.
Pre-entry is open until 22 October at 23:59 on piksepini.ee. The entry fee is €60 for adults, and €40 for riders up to and including 17 and for women. Without pre-entry it is €10 more. The family discount is €5 off each family member. Payment is cash only, on site, and the transponder is included. Spectators enter free.
The technical rules are light: the motorcycle must be safe under FIM rules, but it does not have to be registered or insured, and it needs no lights or horn. Tyres can be any summer tyres. The course runs across open ground and forest, with few natural obstacles. The start is with the engine off, in rows by class, the faster classes at the front. Refuelling and repairs are only in the marked paddock area, on a mat. Tear-off films on goggles are banned, roll-offs are allowed. The organiser strongly recommends accident insurance that covers motorsport. At pre-entry you can order a one-day policy for the race.
In Hobby the top six are awarded, in the other classes the top three. Live results will be on timetrica.live.enymind.fi. Contact: piksepini@gmail.com, +372 5300 0016.
The same day, 24 October, Kose hosts the final of the Estonian endurance motocross championship, which we wrote about on 20 October. So off-road riders can choose between two races this Saturday.
