CFMoto hides a new model for EICMA: the blurred teaser looks like a sports scooter

CFMoto started the countdown to EICMA in Milan with a riddle. A blurred picture of the front of a new model appeared on the company’s social media: a narrow, sharp LED headlamp, wide fairing panels, blue light and a deep shadow. The maker gave no name, no engine size and not even the type of machine. The caption is short: “The future has attitude. Fresh energy. Smart by design. A new way to experience every day.”

Most journalists see a scooter in the frame. The Italian site Motorbox notes that the area above the headlamp is too large for a sports bike and looks more like a scooter’s windscreen. Besides, CFMoto has already shown the V4 SR-RR superbike, the main star of the stand, in the open, so there is no reason to hide it.

After that the guesses begin. According to inSella, people in China are talking about a sports scooter with a twin-cylinder engine of 250–300 cc, an answer to the ZXMoto 250T ADV. An engine of 450–500 cc is not ruled out either, which would be a rival to the Yamaha TMAX. The Greek site NewsAuto allows for a crossover scooter, and some commenters expect an electric motor. CFMoto has confirmed none of this.

The brand’s experience with scooters is still modest: at the last EICMA it showed the 125SC-F, its first scooter with a petrol engine. The answer comes on 3 November. CFMoto will stream the launches live on Instagram and YouTube, and it will meet visitors in hall 10, stand I52. A price in Estonia was not found.

Press days are 3–4 November, and the show is open to the public from 5 to 8 November. A new quad was announced with a separate teaser. At EICMA 2025 CFMoto presented the 125SC-F, its first petrol scooter. It makes electric scooters under the Zeeho name.
