On 27 October 2026 Triumph showed the new generation of its biggest adventure bike, the Tiger 1200. Almost everything is new: the engine, the chassis, the electronics and the look.

The inline triple of 1,160 cc has gained 8 hp and now makes 158 hp. Peak torque of 130 Nm now arrives at lower revs. The drive to the rear wheel is still a shaft, as before.

All four versions (GT Pro, Rally Pro, GT Explorer and Rally Explorer) now run a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear. Suspension travel is 200 mm. The main novelty is the semi-active Showa EERA HEIGHTFLEX suspension. When the bike stops it lowers the seat by 30 mm on its own, and when the motorcycle pulls away it raises it again. With the low seat, the height at a standstill can be just 790 mm.

Bosch radar is now fitted front and rear. It runs the adaptive cruise control, the blind-spot monitor, the collision warning and the emergency brake assist. The new 7-inch touchscreen supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Heated seats and grips are standard.

In the United Kingdom prices start from £18,295, in Germany from €21,395. The price in Estonia has not been announced.
